Dreams of Paradise offers Construction supervisor services.
Jeff is a licensed construction supervisor in the state of Massachusetts. Has many years of construction and demolition experience.

We can do the following for you. Help you locate property that would be good for your development or for your home. Introduce you to architects. Get bids for the construction of your project and over see the construction from start to completion. Whether you purchased you property through Dreams of Paradise or not we are still happy to offer you this service.

 Our fee is based on your construction cost.  We add *10% to all contracts.
In most cases what we can save you in construction mistakes or delays will more then cover our *10% fee. We will visit your construction site from once a week to every day depending on the stage of the project.

*fee may be slightly higher depending on the location of the project.
